Blasieholmens Akvarium Restaurang—or B.A.R.—is a new Stockholm restaurant from the team behind Michelin-starred Lux Stockholm. The owners "strive to serve uncomplicated food in a low-key bistro setting;" guests can choose their meal from the large aquarium or from the in-store fish market, which also sells retail. Interesting sidenote: Many of the fixtures and fittings were sourced from Byggfabriken.
