Based in Minneapolis, Silver Cocoon is a collaboration between husband/wife team Tia Salmela (of Finnish descent) and Souliyahn Keobounpheng (born in Laos and a Minnesota resident since 1979). Both have degrees in architecture from the University of Minnesota; together they strive to create "great and sensible design."
