Kitchen: Kyocera Ceramic Knife
Issue 36 · Industrial Chic · September 2, 2008
Several years ago, I received a Kyocera Ceramic Knife from a Japanese friend. I was a bit skeptical, as Kyocera, the maker, was more noted for its electronic products at the time. It has proved to be a great asset in the kitchen; the blade is razor sharp, easy to clean, and has retained its sharpness over time. The knife is now available in the U.S.; $53.96 on Amazon.
