From Julie
London-based Retrouvius Reclamation and Design recently redid a drawing room in Primrose Hill. Here's what they say, "We don't normally take on single rooms for design projects, but this one had various appealing factors: a grand piano, a lovely family, two fireplaces, and two great paintings by Scotish painter Callum Innes. Our ongoing passion for tiled fireplaces gave us the opportunity to try Emery & Cie's latest deep chocolate mirror-glazed tiles, intense in that Quality Street wrapper kind of way. We used a palette of soft grays, blacks, and cream, with some acid yellow for zing."
