On a recent trip to London, I stopped in at Skandium's Brompton Road shop to see a retrospective of work by Swedish design firm Claesson Koivisto Rune, founded by architects Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto, and Ola Rune. One item in particular jumped out at me: a set of small brass votives in five distinct geometric shapes; designed by Claesson Koivisto Rune for the Swedish brass foundry Skultuna; better yet, the polished brass Kin Votives are now available at Design Within Reach.
