Twenty years ago, my mother installed a white enamel finish Vola faucet in our house on Cape Cod. Only recently did I realize how ahead of her time she was (and how arduous it must have been to source that faucet). Just discovered the Vola HV1 faucets online; they're available in 14 colors and are $976 at the Danish Design Store.
