Best Made—a venture of Canadians Peter Buchanan-Smith and Graeme Cameron—is known for their hand-painted axes, which are art objects in themselves (Andy Spade stocks them at Partners & Spade). Now the duo has come out with a set of 26 Wooden Nautical Flags, consisting of 9.5-by-14-inch plywood panels, painted with enamel and marine varnish and outfitted with nautical brass grommets for hanging. The set comes in a handmade pine storage box and costs $1,900 directly from Best Made.
