A self taught designer who inherited her grandmother's skilled eye and sense of style.

Jan Eleni Lemonedes was born and raised in NYC.

In the 90's Jan expressed herself thru a small retail shop in Manhattan's East Village.

It was there that she grabbed the attention of editors, stylists and a celebrity clientele.

In 2000, ABC Carpet and Home recruited Jan as Creative Projects Manager, based on her visual and crurating sensibility.

In 2004 Jan began her own design business and became an innovator of children's spaces and decor.

Her philosophy hinged on collaborating with each child while nuturing their imagination.

Jan Eleni Interiors works closely with their clients, including architects and editors on projects big and small.

Jan Eleni's style is a mixture of patience, collaboration and the extra effort to find a special piece that pulls the visual thread together.

In Jan Eleni's most recent project she has been collaborating with an architect firm in Bahia, Brazil.

Together they have been working on a 3 bedroom home in the bohemian chic town Trancoso.

Project should be finished December 2011.
