Izabella was born and raised in Sweden, and is an expert on Scandinavian design. She is not opposed to dumpster diving; her latest find is two 18th-century French chairs which probably belong in a museum.

Favorite Restaurant: HanGawi; inches from the midtown hubbub, vegetarian Korean exotica in a hushed, shoes-free setting.
Favorite Shop: Kiosk; a brilliantly curated selection of everyday stuff from all over.
Design Haunt: The cobblestones of Crosby Street and vicinity, starting at DeVera and ending up at essential sweets stop Papa Bubble.

Margot has written and edited for almost every extant (and extinct) lifestyle magazine in New York, including House & Garden, Real Simple, Travel & Leisure, and Art & Antiques.
